How does BatOnRoute's real-time tracking work?
In order to be able to track in real time in our BatOnRoute app, it is very important that the person responsible for the route uses the Control app. Thanks to this app, this person will share their position using the GPS of their mobile device. In this way, we will be able to track it at all times while the route is active.
Once the route has ended, we will no longer be able to track it until the person in charge reactivates the route from their Control app.
Do I need to have GPS on buses to use BatOnRoute?
No, it is not necessary to install GPS in vehicles. BatonRoute works without the need for additional equipment or installations. Our solution uses the driver’s or route manager’s mobile phone to track them, saving costs and simplifying management.
Can I offer this system to my customers as an added value?
Yes, thanks to BatOnRoute, customers will be able to manage their routes and the users who use them. Being able to know at all times who uses the transport and who does not. Among other things, it also allows you to record the hours of passage per stop, the seats, the duration of the route and even the speed that the bus carries in each section.
Is it compatible with my current GPS systems?

Each incident has four statuses. When created, it is assigned a status of “Pending review”. The platform manager can change the status of the incident to “Under review” or “Closed” if it has already been processed. You can also change its status to “Cancelled” if the incident is erroneous.
In addition, it is possible to associate an email (or several) to each of the types of incident that will be defined when preparing the environment. These emails will receive an email with the incident each time one of this type is created.

Can I track my route in real time?
Yes, by accessing the BatOnRoute Moving app, you will be able to follow the bus on your route in real time. Thus, being able to see at all times where the bus is.
